Sales & Partnership Manager
Salary negotiable: £25,000pa - £30,000pa
OT Commissionable (+£1500)
Leads provided - Sales Menu - Sliding Scale
We are seeking a highly motivated, effective agency sales manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving direct revenue by leveraging our proven student marketing solutions and partnerships with some of the UK’s leading brands.
Our team is made up of individuals who are resourceful, bright and proactive, who work well
both independently and as part of a fast-growing team.
Your first year should look like this:
In your first month, you should find your bearings, get to know your team, do a deep dive into our digital service menu and start to leverage your existing key relationships to win pitch time.
After three months, you’ll have a solid understanding of our product & Sales processes, with a handful of client engagements behind you. You’ll be building new business opportunities and maximising existing business via strategic client engagement and pipeline.
After 3 months, you’ll also have tapped into your existing relationship network & begun to grow this through outreach and meeting efforts; establishing new, incremental coverage to secure a sales pipeline.
After six months, you will have ownership of an agency patch and be working autonomously yet collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and account management to enable further revenue growth. As well as managing designated opportunities from lead to close.
By the end of your first year, you’ll be an essential part of the UK sales team, exceeding revenue and behavioral targets, having leveraged a strong base of agency/ brand contacts to help the team grow business.
Winning factors - we are looking for evidence of:
Minimum of 1-year digital sales experience (minimum of 1 years agency sales experience)
Proven track record of building a new business pipeline and closing sales.
A natural people-person with an existing agency network and proven examples of establishing, growing, and leveraging key relationships
A curious and self-starting nature & thirst for knowledge
Strategic planning ability and the drive to achieve and stretch targets
A willingness to “get stuck in” and be positive & proactive
A team player who thrives on strong collaboration
